 Long before Airbourne there were a slew of acts trying to ride the coattails of AC/DC on the highway to commercial success in an attempt to get their noise polluting millions of ears. The only one named after both an odd-toed ungulate and a watertight vertical cylinder were Rhino Bucket, returning with their ninth album and now featuring former Kix guitarist Brian 'Damage' Forsythe.  When the first solo album from ex-Thin Lizzy/Motorhead guitarist Brian Robertson arrived at URHQ we had to fight each other to get to review it. He was told that the signs pointed to a near future troubled by a sampler disc from a band that have supported the likes of Enuff Z'Nuff and The Black Mollys and who could, potentially, fill a gap left by Redd Kross and Jellyfish.  8-is (get it? sounds a little like 'eighties'!) offer up a slab of melodic rock that, as the name suggests, would love to have been shat out a quarter of a century ago.
