Donnie Vie, the Magical Musical Troubadour, is back with his new offering 'Wrapped Around My Middle Finger', the Enuff Z'Nuff legend stepping into the solo spotlight with his brand new collection of tunes.

Straight at ya is opener, and title track, 'Wrapped Around My Middle Finger', that distinctive Vie vocal flying high amidst a totally infectious little chorus that the man has almost trademarked over his illustrious career. 'Wunderland' mellows it out but with Donnie's delicious raspy vocal performance taking the track to somewhere else that only he can achieve, beautifully written melodies and harmonies. An uptempo ode to Donnie's lady, 'Lisa', is a memorable if an ever so slight tip of the Vie hat to The Beatles' 'Daytripper' on the main riff. 'Daddy's Girl' stays in the mellower mood and invades the musical psyche with strength and passion.

Kip Winger provides guest vocals and takes on bass duties on 'Now Ya Know', another infectious singalong song that possesses some mighty fine hooky vocal moments that would fit perfectly onto any Enuff Z'Nuff release, and the catchy summer-dazed tunes keep flowing on 'No Escape', the musical progression of the song is so well crafted that quite frankly, and in my humble opinion, nobody does better. 'Lil Wonder' has a neat, epic, harmonic vocal delivery that lifts the track up and wraps itself around you. 'Flames Of Love' - how does this guy keep knocking out these insanely catchy tunes?

'Rattle On' grooves along with another vocal performance of strength from Vie and yet again, unsurprisingly, a memorable country tinged choral arrangement. An endearing introduction brings in 'It Won't Let You Down' that evolves into what could imaginably become a live classic, before the opus ends on yet another high with 'Smokin Hot Lollipop', a song that has that foot tapping and head bopping element to it and is the perfect way to close this album.

Songwriting perfection: wrap this album around yourself.
