Mad_Max_Another_NightHaving found themselves on the verge of an American breakthrough back in 1987... this bunch of unlucky Germans were left chomping at the bit when their label seemingly stood in their way and the band never made it over the seas... that is until now!

With the legendary line-up back together after 25 years and armed with 'Another Night Of Passion' (a cheeky reference to the original 'Night Of Passion' plus the fact that this is a natural successor to the original) What we have here is flat out Euro-Rock of the highest order!

However with that in mind I'm also going to state for the record that for me, this band is too much like every other European rock band. But that's not too say they are bad, because they aren't! It's just not original enough for me...

Opener 'Rocklahoma' and '40 Rock' open things up in pretty unspectacular fashion, they do have some guts to get things stirred... but I like to be shaken! The highlight for the whole album is 'Fallen From Grace' which was like a diamond shining through the rough!

Maybe I'm being too harsh but for me this band just doesn't cut it! There's nothing bad about it, but there's nothing groin raising about it either!
