Chris OuseyYes!!!! The voice of Heartland, Virginia Wolf and Snakecharmer is back with a brand new studio album - ‘Dream Machine’ - and here Chris Ousey, the man with the golden tonsils is showing how it’s done.

Following on from 2011's 'Rhyme and Reason', this new slab of molten rock delivers on the promise from 5 years ago. The man has never sounded quite so good with Chris adding a stellar line up of musicians to back him up on this record with the likes of Chris Green on lead guitar, Adam Wakeman on keyboards, Tommy Denander on lead guitar/rhythm guitars and keyboards, Andy Loos on bass and Lars Chriss on drums.

Chris Ousey is a rare breed of singers, in that he continues to release outstanding albums and can always be relied on to deliver the melodic rock goods 'Dream Machine' itself starts off big with 'This Is The Life' and continues with 'Another Runaway', which both featuring a heavy latter day Deep Purple vibe about them.

The album though has a little bit for everyone, and there's some classic AOR in the vein of Heartland in 'Tearing It All Down'.

The second half of ‘Dream Machine’ for me, isn't quite as strong as the first but it is still an overall strong album and will no doubt please fans of Ousey’s velvety tones.
