Strong_IntentionBaltimore, Maryland's Strong Intention release a vicious little bastard of a six-tracker with ‘Razorblade Express', and if you're fond of the kind of blasting hardcore that DRI, Cryptic Slaughter and Impulse Manslaughter made their stock-in-trade back in the day then this lot will be just your ticket.

However to kick things off they get quite sludgy to boot as well, with opener and title track ‘Razorblade Express' even featuring a trademark performance from Mike IX Williams of Eyehatgod/Arson Anthem.

With the entire six songs in total not breaking the ten minute mark it's a fairly speedy affair. There's the odd breakdown here and there but for the most part it's pedal to the metal. And whilst there's nothing remotely new, it's hard to fault the speed, precision and delivery of songs like ‘Rat Factory' and ‘Slaughter Intelligence'.

If you've got a spare ten minutes and you feel like a good thrash then give Strong Intention a blast.
