DOAWhen you're credited with coining the term "Hardcore" the pressure's always gonna be on you to deliver and keep the flag flying. Well, D.O.A. don't really have any worries as such, having turned out God knows how many quality albums over the past 30 years, even managing to sneak a split album with Thor along the way.

Latest opus 'Talk - Action = 0' follows the same formula they've been following for years; good honest punk rock, infused with equal doses of melody, catchiness, humour and sarcasm. Joey "Shithead" Keithley continues to give his unique take on all that's wrong in the world on snipes like 'Don't Bank On A Bank' and 'Consume, Consume', whilst providing the musical background to many upcoming barbeques and parties.

It's all cast from a familiar mould but would you want it any different? And anyway they made the mould so they can use it as much as they want. As reliably enjoyable as a cold beer on a summer's day, knock the top off this and enjoy.
