Other confirmed acts include Thunder, The Darkness, Terrorvision, Tax The Heat, Toseland, The Dead Daisies, Blues Pills, Ginger Wildheart’s Hey! Hello!, Von Hertzen Brothers, Vega, Dirty Thrills and Hand Of Dimes.

Steelhouse Final

Lead singer of The Answer, Cormac Neeson said, “Steelhouse how we love you so!! I was thrilled when I was told we'd be rolling back up that mountain again. It's even more special for us than usual given that we'll be rocking out debut album Rise in its entirety. Gonna be another memorable night in the Welsh countryside!”

Promoter Mikey Evans said, “The Answer were the first contemporary nationally-known band we booked for the original Steelhouse Club nights and they are a major part of the Steelhouse story. They are back for a record breaking third time in the special guest spot, performing the album that gave way to a world tour with AC/DC. With this special anniversary in mind it was a no-brainer to have them back. RavenEye were Planet Rock “best new band” nominees, so we know what they are capable of. Bigfoot are one of them most exciting prospects on the scene. Its great giving bands like this a chance. The new bands really bring it - Florence Black did last year, The Temperance Movement did in 2013 and we're looking at Wigan's bright new hopefuls to do the same”.

RavenEye added, “Steelhouse is going to be a monster of a festival to play at. There are so many great bands that will be pulling their A game and we will be there with them. Let’s make it a wild and unforgettable one. I want sweat dripping on and off the stage.”

Officially the UK’s highest music festival, The Steelhouse Festival will once again be held in the spectacular surroundings of the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons, and bring the finest classic rock artists to the heart of the South Wales Valleys.

Aiming to be the UK’s best value rock festival, this family friendly event has built up a true following and a real heritage of its own over six successful years. Previous performers at The Steelhouse Festival have included UFO, Europe, Y&T, Blackstar Riders, Sebastian Bach, Saxon, Anvil, Michael Schenker, Doro and Dee Snider. Don’t miss Terrorvision, Tax The Heat, Toseland, or of course headliners Thunder and The Darkness and the rest of this great line-up this year as The Steelhouse Festival legend goes on!
