What better way to start the working week than by gazing at timeless cover art featuring some kind of stupid robot animal, in space, a band logo that would look better on the cover of a schoolbook, and an album title done in Letraset lettering? There is no better way - enjoy Week 154 of Uber Rock's Album Cover Of The Week.....

There's nothing we like better on a bank holiday at URHQ than rubbing one out to a badly drawn album cover featuring a full-on evil metal bird with her bazookas out in the breeze. If only we had such a cover to titillate you good people with today. If only we had a retarded version of the 'Love Gun' sleeve to have you salivating over. If only we had a top album cover from Jag Panzer to introduce you to....

'80s Swedish glam rockers Easy Action may have been more famous for having future Europe guitarist Kee Marcello and Shotgun Messiah frontman Zinny J. Zan in their ranks, possibly more famous for claiming that Poison stole the chorus of one of their songs but, in the pop culture afflicted eyes of Uber Rock's Gaz E, they are famous for just one thing.....the awful horror movie Blood Tracks. Read on as our man digs his big box VHS out of its tomb and prepares to party like it's 1985.....

Uber Rock's Rob Watkins's love for The Beatles is a) not a secret, and b) vast, therefore it was no surprise that he snatched this new live DVD from Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band out of our hands like a dingo snatches a baby (allegedly). And it's not just the fab drummer either, oh no, he's brought friends like Joe Walsh, Steve Lukather, Todd Rundgren and that bloke from Mr. Mister along for the digital versatile ride......

Rush-released in the UK straight to DVD just four days after its US theatrical release, everything pointed to The Lords Of Salem, the new movie from Rob Zombie, being a bit of a stinker. Uber Rock's Gaz E checked out the film and found, amid some very apparent flaws, RZ's best looking film yet.....

Yes, if a once-mighty weekly music magazine can name the most repellent footballer in the country in the shortlist for their hero of the year then this most awesome of webzines can throw a tacky curveball into the box.....
