Today’s ‘Video Of The Week’ is by a band of whom I’m not afraid to admit both myself and Mrs A are massive fans. They are Northern Ireland’s very own Conjuring Fate.


We have followed their career for many years, through their ups and downs – including a lengthy hiatus – and we're proud to call all five members friends:  fuck, they played our wedding! And one of The Dark Queen’s favourite pastimes, especially late at night, is to wind up singer Tommy Daly on Facebook!


Conjuring Fate release their long-awaited debut album, ‘Valley Of Shadows’, on 12 December. This is the first track to be lifted from it: the cautionary tale of a certainly ‘Dr Frankenstein’ (an appropriate title for the Halloween weekend). It was filmed on one of the locations used for the Sean Bean vehicle ‘The Frankenstein Chronicles’, and filmed by George Clarke of Yellow Fever Productions, who also was responsible for the Fates’ earlier video ‘House On Haunted Hill’ from the 2014 EP of the same name.
