When Onslaught pulled into Belfast recently on the latest leg of their now seemingly never-ending tour to mark the 30th anniversary of their seminal 'The Force' album, Uber Rock took the opportunity to corner band founder and guitarist Nige Rockett to take a trip down memory lane to those heady days of the mid-1980s and the then importance of having a record contract, as well as how the music has changed in the intervening years and their plans to take their career into the next decade:

The tour continues in Banbury tonight (Tuesday 15 November), then stops off at The Live Rooms in Chester tomorrow (Wednesday), The Hub in Plymouth on Thursday and The Fleece in Bristol on Friday before finishing at the The Dome, Tufnall Park, London on Saturday.
